Planning, organizing, and monitoring the activities of Accounts handling.
Good command in book keeping, scrutiny of books of accounts and hands on experience in ERP.
Dealing with clients and reconciliation of debtors (receivable) accounts.
Monitoring variable cost and overhead and its reporting with variance analysis tracking of actual performance against budget.
Preparation of statutory books of accounts fixed asset register, various reconciliation statements and consolidated reports in compliance with time and accuracy norms.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements i.e. cash flow, profitability statement, project budget etc.
Conducting internal & external audit for evaluating the internal control systems with view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations.
Finalization of books of accounts to keep in mind the accounting standards and policy & procedure of company.
Maintenance of Financial Accounts of work in ERP Including monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, sales and purchase and ledger scrutiny.
Preparation of Quarterly Balance Sheet/ P&L for statutory audit.
Preparation and circulation of daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS to Head Office.
Compliances of Direct/ Indirect Taxation. Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns, maintenance of statutory records for Service Tax/ GST etc.
Any other work pertaining to Accounts.
