The role sits in Digital Analytics Operations & Insights within Digital Production – Global Marketing which is a centralized group dedicated to Global Marketing Web Analytics Dashboards, Reports, Insights Generation and Managing Digital AnalyticsPlatforms.
Candidates for this role will be part of our Digital Analytics Operations & Insights team (DAOI). DAOI is a team that is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of Web Analytics Reports and Insights to our internal stakeholders Marketing Managers and Leadership. Candidates for this role requires both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills. Work to gather and understand BlackRock Digital Marketing business requirements and develop and build customized solutions to meet their needs.
It is a technical oriented job that also requires a solid business and analysis acumen and involves Leader interaction. In addition to working directly on Adobe Digital Analytics, will also need a working knowledge of Adobe Test and Target, Database Management, as well as a solid understanding of Tag Management.
Gather, document and help form/guide business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements
Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
Generate customized code and assist with its implementation and deployment
Validate and debug implementation and follow through on issues until resolved
Manage multiple implementations/report suites simultaneously
Implement Adobe Analytics best practices
Analytics Reports and Dashboards (Adobe analytics, report builder, workspace, adhoc reports).
