The Area Sales Manager would be responsible for channel sales in the allotted area for our brand of premium plastic household products.
Managing primary and secondary sales in entire allotted area with the help of Sales Executives.
Meeting existing dealers / distributors on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales targets.
Review the working efficiency of distributors on weekly basis and monthly.
Maintaining relationship with the existing / new dealers.
Distributor Handling and appointment of new distributors.
Taking care of retailer and consumer complaints.
Responsible for customer co -ordination for execution of customers orders, Customer relationship management showing new ranges.
Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts and also with the distributors.
Ensure that all the orders procured are supplied on time.
This position requires travelling (at least once in every month) for managing outstation dealerships or distributors. The work involves sales pressure as deadlines and goals must be met.
Candidate must be a local from Mumbai or Ahmedabad
Qualification*Any Graduate, Any Post-graduate
Experience*5 Year- 9 Years
Salary*5 - 7 lacs
