Job Overview

Responsible for the entire event operations which includes initial budget estimate, vendor management (Costing, Negotiating and Closure), Registration Management, Venue Finalization, Negotiation with Hotel & Management, Logistics and Set up etc.

Candidate will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of B2B Events/Conferences/Summits organized by Elets based on ICT in India and Abroad.

Maintain project tracker, ensure turnaround time, ensure cost control and efficient execution. 

Co-ordination with creative and production team for detailing of event flow and smooth execution.

Responsible for all the activities related to an event – Pre Event, During Event and Post Event including promotion/branding.

During our Outstation and International Events, candidate will be required to select venues that are convenient for delegates and offer facilities for catering, presentations and breakout sessions. 

Responsible for checking venue facilities and ensuring that staff are aware of their duties.
