Roles & Responsibilities :  

Accounting Operations

Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts in accordance with IGAAP & IFRS

Month end closing procedures. 

Handling Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Fixed Assets accounting

Responsible for periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) submission of financial statements for Phoenix Global Trade Solutions Pvt Ltd. in accordance with IFRS & IGAAP

Responsible for monthly variance analysis reporting budget vs. actuals

Forex accounting, MTM, restatement entries

Dealing with Banks for getting Balance confirmations/bank statements, Funds conversion etc.

FIRC & BRC’s collection for Service Tax refund 

Apply for Credit Card, Travel Card, Fixed Deposits, Cheque Authorization, Internet Banking etc.

Auditing & Taxation

Internal control management

Ensure statutory compliance w.r.t relevant Statutory Tax Acts; GST Compliance, TDS, WHT, PF, ESI, PT

Transfer Pricing (Domestic & International)

Handling end to end Tax Audit and Statutory Audit individually
