We are looking for a Assistant Manager /Manager – Marketing to be responsible for end to end marketing initiatives in the company. Duties will include
Looking after entire ATL / BTL communications across South India for the complete product range for Albright LED ( LED Light division)
Planning & strategizing Marketing Communications Plan by preparing Annual Marketing Calendar (further broken down into quarterly & monthly plans and deployed seamlessly by considering current market requirements & company directions)
Implementing in-shop & shop front brand visibility activities including innovations in a highly competitive visibility space as per global guidelines
Conceptualized and execution of the product launch, dealers meet for the South India, Exhibitions, Trade shows and various other B2B and B2C events
Executing PAN South Special Visibility Projects (a.k.a glow sign boards, display stands and creation of exclusive display spaces in multi brand outlets) within the given timelines
Actively contribute in ideating new plans suitable for the new product in the market to give initial boost in the business of the product across South India as per market potential and competition bench marking
Liaising with creative agency for successful release of tactical advertising campaign in all ATL forms (Print, TV, Radio & Outdoors) PAN South India on a seasonal / market requirement basis
Handling tie-up with popular city based destinations (hi-end malls / multiplexes) for increased brand visibility through various exclusive tie-ups
Ensuring adherence with policy guidelines & handling consistent follow-up to ensure smooth operations in terms of results as well as policy
Key visibility activities like Installation of Glow Sign Boards at Shop Front on a Large Scale PAN South (over 2000 boards installed within a span of 1 month across major outlets)
Played a significant role in complete cycle of planning, fabrication & execution of premium experience centers ” Albright LED ” (Retail outlet i.e Smart Experience Zones across South India) & other exclusive outlets at various centers across South India with a key focus on maintaining brand consistency & guidelines
Conceptualized model brand shop display with frequent innovations done for showcasing to entire range of products there by resulting in receiving certificate of excellence in my first quarter Aug 15.
Actively contributed in setting up a strong Vendor base for various promotional activities for the respective regions with the best competitive rates in the market.
Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any stream
Experience in marketing
Understanding of the marketing process and dynamics / all aspects and activities related to LED market.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written, technical and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills
