Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities – Someone who will conceptualize and create high-quality, influential, readable and meaningful content to reach and engage our target audience. We expect him/her to develop content pertaining to digital and traditional PR (leadership blogs, authored articles, product promotions, articles on employer brand) as well as internal communication including leadership communication, internal newsletters and content for intranet. The candidate should have relevant editorial experience of developing content for a newspaper, website or a magazine. Key roles and responsibilities

Pre-sales support activities that would include – developing content for various solution areas, managing templates for various standard material for bids, RFP’s, collateral material development and management, being point of contact for bid responses

Must be able to ideate/write creative, interesting, customer-friendly and engaging original content in multiple formats including articles, blogs, press releases, leadership article, social contents etc.

Ability to research, ideate and create long form content

Use news/events/seasonalities and the business’ strategic plan as the basis for developing themes for content

Producing original and clear ideas for brand content initiatives

Will also have to proofread all communications and ensure information accuracy

Work closely with the leadership team to drive client/employee engagement agenda

Work closely with design and other agencies for events and other requirements
