Job Overview

Key Responsibilities 

Includes Brand strategy, Brand planning, Brand activation, Brand communication, Brand launch, re-launch and Brand performance analysis reports etc. 

Ensuring provision of high quality customer service, monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.

Developing the annual brand plan and managing the category spends for the year 

Working closely with HO & regional Sales team to define, scope and manage effective, strategic campaigns

Handle BTL activities with Local promotions, with result oriented, time & cost ownership

Develop, Lead and Deliver brand plans including new product launches, high profile promotional activities, Organizing Events, tasting / training programs to build value growth.

Conceptualization and implementation of brand promotion to gain preference and consumer mind share,Vendor Management

In Store Activation: Conceptualising and executing as per brand calendar initiatives all Store Activation

Activations and BTL Vendor Management:

End to end centralized and decentralized vendor management to get effective quality and budget management

Quality Reviews across 

New Vendor identification induction to meet brand priorities 

Accountability management with all Vendors, Billings.
