Branch Sales Manager (BSM) spearheads the sales function in a branch and is one of the critical position in the bank.
He/ She is responsible for driving Current Account and Savings Account(CASA) sales to new customers through the bank’s front line sales staff – BDEs.
The BSM plans and conducts daily sales huddle meetings and reviews the same along with the BDEs .
He/ She ensures high productivity levels from the BDEs through constant mentoring and providing on the job training by attending joint sales calls with them.
The BSM also plans and conducts sales campaigns and focuses on optimising the existing pool of referrals for boosting sales prospects.
The BSM is also responsible for cross selling of bank’s other third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc. and drives sales of CASA for Government and Trust business.
The BSM also handles customer queries, conducts checks on the account opening form details and tracks the same in close coordination with the operations team in a branch.
He/ She should be open to relocation as the job is transferable in nature.
Qualification*Any Graduate, Any Post-graduate
