Conduct regular market visits to better understand the consumer while ensuring high brand and POS visibility across retail outlets.
Deploy innovative strategies for new product launch across Asia to engage channel partners and consumers.
Bring new ideas and work closely with creative agencies on briefing process to conceptualize out-of- the-box creatives.
Create and maintain marketing and communication calendar for customers and channel partners.
Stay up-to- date with the latest market trends, analyse market and competition intelligence.
Generate MIS and analyse of internal sales data and consumer research data to capture market insights for the brand.
Make regular market visits to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans.
Proactively collaborate with prominent members of cross functional teams and internal departments: Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D for payments, new product launch, and on going campaigns.
Build strong relationships and provide direction to external partners like research, media and advertising agencies
Consistently add value to ad hoc marketing projects/events as required and support the brand manager
