Job Overview

Responsibilities: Brand Management

Develop the annual marketing budget and calendar (plan), by directly consulting MD and Regional Heads

Manage brand delivery and consistency across all communication channels and platforms; Nurture the relationship with local external creative and media agencies, and in collaboration with MD develop innovative and efficient mass media plans driving Device, Channels and other non-conventional mediums.

Liaison with all stakeholders (creative agencies, production houses, fashion photographers, model coordinators, stylists, merchandizers, etc.) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget 

Create briefs for agencies, Project manage 360′ campaigns, compare and negotiate vendor costs

Execute all ATL and BTL activities for brand, both online and offline

Oversee all aspects of creative collaterals & complete QC of any AW’s sent for printing or processing

Manage marketing budget and optimize use across marketing communication mix 

Track and monitor budget use; Measure and report performance against goals & ROI for all marketing activity 

Maintain Brand Value; Ensure there is no negative impact on the brand and proactively build brand 

Create a Brand Manual or Design guidelines; Ensure all creative collateral adheres to brand ethos & guideline

Generate consumer insights & conduct competitive analysis of fashion industry trends periodically 

Responsibilities: Digital Marketing

Develop a clear social media strategy for the brand, appropriate to each medium 

Improve brand quotient; Revitalize an iconic brand by making it relevant to the new-age customer 

Manage digital presence – ideate, oversee execution and QC all creative collateral across social media (FB, insta, twitter etc), website, search / Google and mailers 

Build a strong brand experience for the customer by constantly coming up with innovative and effective customer-centric initiatives, loyalty program, omnichannel activations, gamification, offline events etc

Reach new audiences by revitalizing the brand and adopting a creative and innovative approach
