Lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management across the various geographies & categories. Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments
Manage and streamline the entire supply chain
Familiarity of market, rules governing sale of food and confectionery products
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
Minimum 15-20 years in Confectioneries with large reputed companies.
Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in senior
marketing positions with top 5 confectionery brands
