Sales & Channel Objectives:
Ensure primary / Secondary Sales for the Assigned Area
Ensure WOD in secondary channel
Ensure Channel Adequacy
Collect Overdues / Debtors
Identify poorly performing field employees and take suitable remedial actions
Ensure all TSM makes Incentive
Ensure right Target deployment to TSM .
Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.
Forecast Accuracy , project SKUs needed for sales
Distributor Inventory should not be more than 40 days
Right Product Placement in Right Market
Qualification*Any Graduate, MBA
Experience*5 Year- 9 Years
