Sales Planning : follow up with Sales Team in timely submission of demand forecast for 3 months. Analyze the collated demand forecasts for all markets and recommend adjustments and prepare S&OP plan.
Coordination with Plant PPC team / QC Team and Transport Logistic team for timely availability of Tractors in depot / plant ( in case of Direct Billing from Plant) as per demand forecast.
Monitor ageing of units depot-wise, model-wise and variant-wise and undertake corrective action as and when required.
Sales Order Management: Billing of Tractors & Implements as per commercial policies.
Follow together with Product Marketing the availability of new products (either product changes, or configuration/feature changes) to make assessments of existing inventory levels and how/when to introduce the new products into the planning process.
Continuous involvement and activity towards process improvement.
Reports to be shared to APAC Team as per requirement.
