To design and develop training content in consultation with in-house SMEs, which include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, one-on-one sessions, experiential learning and e-learning etc. Added advantage, if the candidate has L&D background with 5+ years of training delivery experience (product-based organization) in facilitating end-to-end learning & development process for the organization.
Prepare and enhancement of existing training artifacts such as trainers
manual, employee handbook, students manual and so on.
Facilitate product or process specific training for the nominated teams or
Proficiency in e-learning content development using some of the leading
rapid authoring tools.
Coordinating with internal SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders.
Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles and formats
Ability to compose grammatically correct sentences and paragraphs
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Maintain organization-wide training plan & calendar
Leverage existing resources and policies to develop campaigns such as
newsletters, designing flyers/posters on training offerings, and other value
propositions for partners & internal sales teams
Sound decision making and organizational skills
