Job Responsibilities:
Handling a team of Credit Underwriters for Emerging Micro Business
Credit recommending and sanctioning authority, responsible for analysis of loans as per Policy Guidelines to Tiny enterprises operating in a small radius of densely populated areas.
Responsible for initiating personal Discussion before recommending proposal besides recording all the factual events/observations/discussions to facilitate credit decision by the sanctioning authority
Is accountable for ensuring accurate and appropriate analysis of applicant’s credentials by the credit underwriters, including detailed cash flow analysis, reviewing footfalls, level of activity at business site
Is to primary liaison with Regional Credit Manager on all compliance matters
Prepares and monitors system related MIS and data updating for the requirement of the administration of the loans as per the Loan Policy Manual and processes
Visits to outstation branches/units as per the instructions of the competent authority in relation to the matters connected with Credit Appraisal/PD/Sanction and recovery concerns.
Requirements:
Graduates/Post Graduates
Preferable to have prior experience (5-10 years) in commerce/Credit Analysis
Understanding of un-organized sector, ability to derive financial information through alternate means, basic knowledge about other lending products
Team handling experience
Must have good system skills viz. MS-Office
