Role Purpose or Summary:
7 years technical experience with at least 5 years business focus. Ideal proven experiences for a successful fit: Requirements gathering and documentation, SQL Server adhoc query skills, Data mapping, Systems integration, Functional system design
Process flows/modeling, Close collaboration with Business & Technology Teams (Product Management, QA, Application Development)
Primary Skill: SQL, Data analysis
Secondary Skill: Regulatory standards (BCBS, G&O etc.)
Domain Knowledge: Mortgage
Need to work on an application which maintains the Meta data information of different applications in the system.
Team member should be aware of Regulatory and Risk reporting standards.
The team member must possess good knowledge of querying databases.
Need to have excellent elicitation skills for requirement gathering.
The team member should have good communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in documenting requirements or other artifacts is mandatory.
Team member should be strong in analytical problem solving and decision making.
Team member must have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
Good to have Skills:
Exposure to Meta data management tool or Data Governance activities
Experience in using Jira and ALM
Qualification*Any Post-graduate, MBA, Msc-IT
