Oversee Maintenance and development of customer and prospect database.
Develop Tie Ups with hospitals and clinics for referrals. Provide support to junior staff in this process
Conduct CMEs, wellness activities for consultants. Monitor activities of junior staff in this process
Ensure health check camps across target market are conducted.
Support Research activity related to marketing plans and business agenda.
Prepare, plan, develop, implement complete action plans for marketing and sales objectives.
Develop publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials, including content, design, creativity and proof reading etc
Implement brand plan and various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand
Run Cost benefit analysis for packages, suggest improvements in the respective focus areas
Evaluate market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan, and suggest for changes as needed in respective department with approval
Design health care packages in consultation with Operations team, in respective focus areas
Coordinate between team mates, operation and finance for smooth process flow in respective focus areas
