Job Description

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

Design, build and maintain strong social media presence

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Evaluate emerging technologies.


Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate the following:

Minimum of Five years of relevant experience (as a manager).

Education equivalent to Bachelors Degree or higher in marketing, or related field a plus.

Fundamental knowledge of Web development, more advanced knowledge a plus.

Competence and experience with content management systems.

Working knowledge of web analytics tools and reporting, especially Google Analytics. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities,including the ability to turn data and Insights into online marketing initiatives.

Budget and project management experience.

Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with multiple teams.
