|Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEM, email, social media & display advertising campaigns. Leverage property portals, facebook & linkedIn as performance channels.
Manage & optimize performance media channels with a strong focus on lead generation & deliver quality leads within the set CPL goals.
Managing online brand and project campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Should have experience in identifying target audiences across devices and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the user to take desired action.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends, insights and optimize spends as well as performance based on the insights.
Should have experience in A/B and multivariate testing & optimization.
Should have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Should have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase LODHA share of voice.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Collaborate with agencies, publishers, ad-networks and other vendor partners.
Collaborate with internal brand teams to ensure content correction & sync on all online platforms.
Qualification*Any Graduate, Any Post-graduate
