Perform routine technical checks for applications under scope.
Liaise with L1 / L2/ vendor / Analysts / Network team etc. to ensure production issues are resolved and rollout of changes are implemented successfully.
Help the team lead in identifying improvement opportunities and work on them.
Be a team player/Leader. Active participation in improvement initiatives.
Identify alternative solutions for incident resolution.
Work towards 100% uptime for supporting applications.
Ensure agreed level of production support given to business users.
In-depth understanding supporting applications and become technical and subject matter expert in time.
Collect & provide required evidences from audit and SOX compliance point of view for all applications.
Coordinating with Vendor /internal users. for raising CCFs & ensuring the TATs for release movements into production.
Restore normal service operations as quickly as possible.
Logging SFRs for issues reported and follow-ups to ensure proper priority is given to it.
Creating of KB for known issues.
Supporting UAT environment & Technical issues during testing.
