Manage the book of accounts and bank reconciliation

Creating, tracking and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual budget

Calculation of tax payable and TDS

Filing of returns as per the statutory compliance

Generating PO and invoices

Maintaining required registers

Maintaining bank accounts and relationship with banks

Ownership of ROC related matters

Co-ordination with consultants, auditors and company secretary

Upkeep of office facility and availability of consumable

Responsible for managing the accounting and banking responsibilities independently

Responsible for day to day book keeping and all other accounting related activities

Advance tax calculation, payment of taxes and filing of all returns in timely fashion

Identifying tax deductible component, deduction of tax and remittance to the department, e-filing of TDS returns, issuing TDS certificate

Maintaining statutory compliance for ST / PT / TDS etc.

Maintaining fixed assets register, calculating depreciations

Maintaining petty cash

Payment of all bills, expense reimbursements, salary and bonus payment 

Generating purchase order and invoices, managing payables and receivables

Creating, tracking and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual budget

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and providing the comparison against the budget

Banking activities managing bank relationship, current account, fixed deposit, cheque book, FIRC, etc.

Work with auditors for statutory audit and take care of the auditors finding to keep it compliant

Maintain all ROC related documents and with help of company secretary file all required returns in timely fashion.

Coordinating with auditors, company’s secretary and consultants

Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and making sure the tasks are completed within stipulated time.

Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
