Job Overview
5-8 yrs experience candidate with digital marketing or sales experience in a high growth & dynamic environment working with product led busines

Driving business through digital platforms for multiple product categories of BasicFirst Services vertical.

 Develop digital road map and go to market strategy for new category launches in the services business

Evaluate various digital platforms to identify the right fit for business development & customer engagement

Cross functional collaboration with product for features, UX & new launches and category teams for product offering/conversions

Analyze customer demographics, behaviours and transaction patterns to develop digital business initiatives and also recommend product level innovations for favourable results

Conceptualize & execute programs/schemes through digital mediums for improving customer loyalty & repeat transactions

Manage digital campaigns to generate new leads and set up and implement processes to track them to closure

 Lead planning, forecasting & reporting for all the digital marketing & sales related activities

Run product level innovations and initiatives to improve the breadth & depth of wallet share of a customer across product categories.

 Benchmark with the best practices in the digital domain to customize and implement solutions specific to the business context .
