The person – will essentially possess a degree in Software Engg or Computer Science. Desirable is a post grad qualification in Marketing but not essential. He / She will be around 30-35 years old having around 10 years experience in Marketing & Lead Generation in a reputed IT company selling software products to Retail / FMCG / Manufacturing sector. He / She should have good exposure to phygital marketing while promoting the firm’s business expansion and growth. He/ She should be a creative thinker & strategist capable of making business plans with annual growth projections, identifying new customer segments / geographies for penetration while creating a budget as a % of revenue. He / She should be conversant with latest lead gen software’s available and how these could be used in conjunction with Ambab’s website to funnel leads and conversion.
The candidate should be adept at MARCOM both for the physical and digital space and have understanding of creating, managing and deriving ROI. Understanding of the e-com domain is desirable. Exposure to few overseas markets particularly, Africa, ME & SE Asia would be considered as an added advantage.
Head Marketing and lead generation with the existing young team
Be responsible for Mar Com – a) Create marketing co-laterals for sending out to our database and for events b) Brand communication around new launches and new capability
Manage and be responsible for the corporate website in terms of design, brand promise and content d) Work closely with Am bab digital marketing team to create the digital strategy to get inbound leads – execute the strategy and derive industry standard ROI.
Create the budgets for events, webinars, round tables and other physical interventions. Execute such plans with derived ROI.
Budget for SEO / SMO / PPC and create and execute the digital strategy with spends and ensure relevant leads to be funneled to the sales team for conversion.
Manage and create innovative content for the website with relevant Google ad words incorporated. Generate and track leads for closure while improving on the sales funnel. Advise on other databases and lead gen software that we could subscribe to, to increase generation of qualified leads.
Run regular mailing campaigns, manage blogs and keep the stakeholder database engaged with relevant communication.
Create the AOP + budgets for FY18-19 with month wise activity calendar contributing to the growth numbers of Ambab.
Advise on new & emerging opportunities in terms of new technologies, new segments & new markets as part of inorganic growth thrust.
Identify, develop and engage with the partner ecosystem of SIs, ISVs and Partner – Resellers in foreign markets
