IT Sales Executive/Business Development Executive job description :– 

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Business development (B2B) & lead generation

Excellent in Communication (English)

Demonstrating and presenting our business model to customers

Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/ services

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Preparing sales reports and sales proposals

Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports

Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets

Arrange to issue instructions regarding delivery

Follow-up for realization of invoices raised and timely payments

Maintaining healthy relation with client/s

Identifying references from new/existing clients

Handle complaints or concerns with ease and if required escalate to Seniors

Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Also take up the leads received from the Tele-callers or our website inquiries received by the Company directly
