Job Overview
Creating and delivering a strong digital marketing & communication mandate for Hotstar International

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
Drive subscription growth for Hotstar across global markets through performance marketing across desktop and mobile channels
Lead all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buys etc. Serve as the strategic lead for programmatic display, especially the DoubleClick suite
Drive brand communication through marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
Develop a deep understanding of Hotstars target consumer and become his/her advocate across company initiatives
Partner closely with the media, advertising, and analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics to ensure a high level of effectiveness

ROI for Marketing campaigns
Adherence to timelines for each brief
Quality of creative output according to brief
