Karmick Solutions is looking for a high-performing and dynamic Sales and Marketing Head for its SBU in Bengaluru. The desired candidate should meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans leading to execution of these plans and successful achievement of financial targets, understanding customer trend and team management.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Should have experience generating leads and acquiring international projects and should have adequate exposure to Digital Marketing
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand customer business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
The ability to motivate and lead a team
Good planning and organisational skills
Good IT, budget , proposal and report writing skills
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience in similar capacity
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
MBA Marketing desirable
Required candidates should have an experience of minimum 8 years in the capacity of Senior Sales position responsible for target driven progressive growth, new business and revenue generation.
