Job Summary :
This position is responsible for the strategy execution of brands by assisting and enabling the sales organization. The Customer / Shopper Marketing Manager is part of a Marketing team and a lead for creating the retailer -specific brand programs with inputs from Brand Trade Marketing, Shopper Insights and retailer strategies.
Understands shopper behaviour, decision tree for the brands and Plans and deploys based on shopper behaviour effective instore execution to enable higher ( 10%) conversions in store.
Liaising between Sales, Brand Trade Marketing, Local Marketing, and Creative teams by providing knowledge of the shopper to internal cross functional team members.
Leading the in -store sampling program. Monitoring and evaluating in -store plans ongoing throughout the year, customizing activities as required to improve effectiveness and efficiency (ROI).
Monitoring and evaluating the in -store plans. Developing ROI tool to improve return on investment of in -store execution funds.
Participating in the development of sustainable pre -launch, launch and post -launch in -store plans /analyses for the new item launched. Supporting launch activations, customizing go to market material, POS and trade selling stories
Providing insights to the sales and marketing teams to ensure that annual plans reflect customer and shopper engagement (events, key initiatives, etc).
Training distributor’s sales & merchandising teams and developing needed tools in order to achieve and maintain seamless execution.
