Position Purpose

The candidate is expected to have hands on experience in primary and secondary sales in the milk industry. Appointment of new agencies and distributors will be an important aspect. 

Candidate will be required to participate in sales promotion activities and exhibitions. Sales driven, result oriented and target driven personalities will be highly suitable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage expectations of senior management

Self-driven with strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain daily sales reports and scheme reports on a timely basis.

Develop merchandising.

Manage beat planning and route scheduling.

Strong aptitude skills for persuasion and negotiation.

Milk sale business development in Bangalore region. 

Liquid milk sale in other nearby locations.

Managing supply chain and cold chain.

Appointment of new distributors.

Target orientation. 

Responsible for distribution development and sales development to deliver rapid market share enhancement and volume growth in the region.

Build team and motivate them for high performance.

Good thinker, strong planner and good situational leadership skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and possess ability to overcome people and process challenges that development initiatives can present.

Highly motivated, ambitious, positive, creative and innovative thinker.

Possess strong selling ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to execute the sales process effectively.

Discovering new clients or prospects and promoting clientele.

Handling complaints and coming up with effective strategies to resolve the same.

Keeping up to date with the latest market trends and affairs.
