- Assist the BM in the ideation of the brand goals based on the communicated strategic imperatives for the brand.
- Provide data on key consumer insights, competitor landscape and market trends to the BM for successful execution of the brand goals
- Align the brand goals with the overall Lodha brand and values to ensure consistent messaging
- Personify the brand in a tangible way for it to be a meaningful anchor for other teams (Sales, Hospitality, HFM etc.) – primarily to ensure that brand speak is consistent.
- Support the Brand Manager in managing the brand health by collecting information on market intelligence and consumer insights from relevant sources so as to continually strengthen, evolve and refresh the brand
Qualification*Any Graduate, Any Post-graduate, MBA
Experience*1 Year- 3 Years
