Job Overview

We have a suitable opportunity for the position of Media Manager. In this individual contributor role you will have to improve the impact of advertising using all touch points in line with the brands DNA and objectives through creative campaigns. You should have minimum 6-8 years work experience in any/all aspects of Digital Marketing, business consultancy, market research/analytics or a strategic planning role, of which at least 3-4 years have been spent working on leading a digital team. Media agency or client role experience mandatory. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and candidates from FMCG industry, Media Agencies / Advertisers will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

You should have hands on experience with digital tools and media planning including owned assets management too (SEO / Website, etc.) 

You will be an expert in digital media planning with sound experience in Media planning and buying of offline media too (TV, Print, Radio, Cinema & OOH)

You show a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in day to day conversations

Key Deliverables:

You will regularly interact with Media and Digital agencies

You will work closely with brand team members for their regular media requirements

You will deliver full fledge end to end Annual media planning strategy and implementation

You will be responsible for Weekly / Monthly media reporting

You should have sound knowledge on Ecommerce media on visibility & search

You should have multi-media approach and well versed with offline media planning and buying knowledge for multimedia working

Media Audit and SOP management

You will lead the charge on developing the roadmap for Creative, Social, insight lead and end-to-end measurable and impactful comms strategies and campaign plans to deliver business objectives

You will act as a brand visionary by bringing a highly valued perspective, based on a deep understanding of their business, issues and opportunities & should be able to lead strategic conversations on Media and communication planning


Analytical knowledge with media buying exposure

Working from Media planning agency or Client side (FMCG preferable)

Hands on media tools like Google Analytics, MOAT, Comscore, FB Analytics, BARC, MAP, IRS, TGI, etc.

Offline media planning experience is must

Buying and reporting excellence
