Be accountable for successful delivery of brand throughDigital Marketing programs via appropriate services and other vendors.
Provide category level governance of the service delivery (as needed to ensurestrong program delivery).
Engage in planning and delivery for digital program elements classified asinnovation; including but not limited to the brands websites, search relatedmarketing (SEO and more), Social Media (across platforms like Facebook,Twitter, YouTube, etc), e-commerce and mobile marketing.
Develop expertise in the interactive and digital marketing space and leverageit to gain more traction on the brands and mind share.
Develop a strong understanding of analytics and data related to digitalmarketing and how to effectively leverage them to drive digital programeffectiveness.
Liaison with technical and service delivery vendors and also the creativeagencies involved in creating the digital campaigns.
Be the internal consultant to the brand manager for gaining traction to theircategory/brand. Also consult with other functions, for bringing synergy to the group’slarger digital efforts.
