Experience : 2+ years as ORM using key social media tools like Sprinklr, Meltwater, Radian6, Talkwalker to initiate listening of the brand on social media / digital.
Managing in-house social media tools to initiate listening of the brand on social media / digital platforms & ensure QC of the deliverables.
Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media and all consumer forum sites on internet
Report and coordinate with Customer Service team to get resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels
Coordinating with Internal teams to ensure timely delivery on daily monitoring reports, press release trackers.
Provide timely crisis reports, identify trends & help strategic directions.
Facilitate new business development by analyzing listening reports, share relevant insights & conduct competitive scans.
Can manage a tight grip of the ORM operations. Escalate to relevant stateholders. Manager trackers, send chasers, close loop with stakeholders and QC

Analyse listening reports, share relevant insights, updating trackers
