Job Overview
  1.  Support Product Head Bulk for formulation of annual Bulk fertilizers sales budget
  2. Ensure product wise/grade wise branding/packaging (look & feel as well as size) for new /existing products is developed as per the plan.
  3. Coordinate with Marketing Services Manager & Corporate Communication team for product/grade positioning as per the plan,Scan the market to gauge competition prices for various products / grades of Bulk Fertilisers and provide information of the same to Product Head Bulk Fertilisers,Suggest competitive pricing points to mitigate the pricing moves by competition.
  4.  Assist Product Head Bulk Fertilisers to drive business excellence related initiatives.
  5. Coordinate with analytics team to provide MIS on dealer analytics, farmer segmentation, micro-market analysis etc.
  6.  Provide MIS on consumption of every product/grade of Bulk Fertilisers for different geographies.
  7.  Prepare technical presentations on application of different products / grades of Bulk Fertilisers for training internal sales/field marketing team as well zonal training team.
  8.  Provide weekly MIS on top-line and bottom-line for various products and grades of Bulk Fertilisers.
  9.  Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence team to obtain MIS on products/grades consumption patterns of competition and consumer analytics,Prepare and report monthly MIS on achievement vs. budget (including region wise sales, marketing budget, etc.
  10.  Provide MIS on spread of various grades across inventory available at the market and the plant Identify new grade requirements for Bulk/Diff./Traded Bulk basis crop/farmer needs for macro/micro nutrients across various growth stages.
  11.  Liaison with Key Opinion Leaders and customers of farmers to understand their requirements for new grades.
  12.  Calculate MCBR for proposed new grades with different farmers/crop segments & their customers to understand market potential.
  13.  Formulate draft business case for the new grade basis the target premium and target cost of production under the guidance of Product Head Bulk Fertilisers.
