Manage the day-to-day field operations required to implement projects within their unique research design specifications.
Develop and maintain relationships with online sample providers as well as offline data collection agencies.
Manage all field costs – obtain project bids from vendors, prepare realistic budgets for the sales team, maintain project billing database and manage all outgoing costs to ensure optimal profit margins.
Oversee the workflow, quality control, and day to day operations of all stakeholders for the given project.
Monitor the data collection process with close scrutiny to sample management and quota control.
Monitor recruiting and troubleshoot any obstacles in the field.
Communicate regularly with vendors on project status and provide strategic guidance for successful project completion.
Manage back-end processes to close out surveys and ensure operational efficiency -including keeping records of project and sample performance to inform best practices for future studies.
Invoice Management and work closely with the Finance team.
Keep a record of vendor experience, as well as vendor strengths and weaknesses.
Keep informed of industry trends as related to research methodologies and empanel new vendors.
