Work with clients and stakeholders on gathering requirements around reporting.
Design solutions and mock-ups of reports based on requirements that define every detail.
Develop reporting based on marketing data in Tableau, Annalects proprietary tools, Excel, and other solutions.
Collaborate with other members of the reporting design team and data & automation team to build and manage complex data lakes that support reporting.
Look to improve existing reports in order provide relevant insights throughout the client engagement

A proven history of 3 to 5 years as a marketing reporting development analyst or experience in a similar role with opportunities in this. Ideally if the 3-5 years has not been directly as a reporting developer, the experience would be in a marketing-related function at an agency. A solid understanding of paiddigital marketing functions is essential to this job.
Strong experience in designing and building marketing scorecards and dashboards in various tools or platforms including but not limited to Tableau, MS Excel, Qlikview, or web-based tools.
Strong experience working with data such as Excel (Vlookups, SUMIFS, advanced functions are a must).
Experience in designing and building data lakes or reporting databases in MS Access, SQL, or other tools. Experience in working with web-based reporting platforms such as Good Data, Domo, Beckon, Datorama, or others.
Experience working with data ingestion or extract transform load (ETL) for reporting databases.
Strong communication skills with a strong preference on having collaborated with teams in the United States or United Kingdom including gathering requirements or collaborating with teams on solution design.
Experience in digital marketing such as paid-search, SEO, paid-social, or programmatic display is extremely helpful.
Strong understanding of reporting databases (e.g. SQL) and large-scale reporting platforms.
Prior agency experience.
Education & Experience
Previous work experience in marketing agencies, retention or loyalty environments are preferred.
