Create SOWs, maintain databases, help in bidding, price gathering, consolidation of supplier costs
Helps create straightforward questionnaires that demonstrate an understanding of the brand, category, market and client issues
Briefs suppliers to ensure the research delivers on its objectives
Control a range of projects and client accounts by managing suppliers
Gathers and analyzes data from different sources; identify market insights
Manages and optimizes timelines for research projects, collaborating with experts as needed.
Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.
Build strong relationship as day to day contact for Projects/Initiatives. Responsive to answering questions, sends regular updates, manages realistic timings and costs.
Keeps track of all costs and invoices on their jobs, creates necessary paperwork for sign-off and informs manager if any additional costs are incurred.
Proactively trouble shooting and collaborating with experts as needed.
Manages the project to schedule, ensures the project meets timings and costs with clients, suppliers and colleagues and maintains the job file
