Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Targets assigned on Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis
Responsible to ensure distribution coverage by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and deployment of adequate manpower
Responsible for Distributor management as per plan in the stipulated time
Maintain the Inventory and information of all WDs of related distribution
Responsible for ensuring timely collection of payment and reducing ARs
100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory
Building relationship and ensure service to various key accounts.
Reporting of Sales achievements against targets in terms of volumes and values etc.
Maintain MIS related to sales, initiatives and incentives
Desired Skills and Experience:
Required Experience: Should have sales experience of 3-6 years and above in a FMCG/Foods in the same territory.
Education: Candidate should be a Graduate. Preferably MBA/PGDM from B/C grade institute
