Achieve Corporate Onboarding (Set Ups ) in Commercial Cards and Business Cards .
Identify large corporates /MNC analyze target segment for CPS products /Prepaid/FX propose various payment solutions and execute the implementation (as per Sales Plan)
Acquire new corporates for Corporate Cards /Business Corp /Prepaid/FX along with other variants like Purchase/Utility/CTA & INR .
Increase penetration into existing corporates in terms of forex cards & corporate credit cards variants
A stipulated number of daily visits on the focused an pre segmented entities using effort and result analysis approach
Scoping of the market in terms of requirements on corporate/business corp credit cards and FX / Prepaid Products
Ensure retail targets/ branch targets are achieved through assigned branches and work on pre-approved branch SME corporate pertaining to them.
Conduct visits and review business share and undertake steps to build incremental business
Provide high end business solutions to corporates and engage senior officials to sign up for SPC.
Interact and penetrate into branch banking / BBG/ and KCM CSRM relationships
Track Corporate Renewals and drive zero delinquencies
Ensure tracking/upgrade of corporate credit lines, payments , limit outstanding, card activations delays, knock offs and compliance adherence
Monitor the CAMs /Agreement/Pricing and TOD Recommendations/ review and revisit commercials of existing Relationships
Ensure adherence of KYC process and compliance to guidelines
Close monitoring of processes and a strong hold on the receivables
Review the TOD requests and conduct audit and surprise checks at implant locations
Manage key relationship and national accounts of corporates
Constant meetings and interaction with the assigned key relationships of the region to ensure growth in portfolio
Monitor Implant servicing and provide value added services to suit Corporate requirement
Conduct periodic Business reviews and provide Business inputs in liaison with the product team
Constant engagement with the product team to share customer feedback on processes and product offering
Interact and develop business models with BBG,Branch, EEG and Corporate Salary team to ensure portfolio penetration of commercial and prepaid cards
Acquire market information to product innovations and process simplifications
Understand competition strengths and weakness and devise new avenues for customized payment solutions
Provide relevant inputs to product team to ease process simplification and product improvement
