Planning, organising, and monitoring the activities of Accounts Department.
Good command in book keeping, scrutiny of books of accounts and working knowledge of Tally and ERP
Certification/posting of vendors and contractors bills, controlling over imprest and cash a/c to minimise the expenses.
Preparation of ageing wise CMD & statutory dues and planning, managing & discharge the liability thereof.
Dealing with clients and reconciliation of debtors (receivable) accounts.
Monitoring variable cost and overhead and its reporting with variance analysis tracking of actual performance against budget.
Preparation of statutory books of accounts fixed asset register, various reconciliation statements and consolidated reports in compliance with time and accuracy norms.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements i.e. cash flow, profitability statement, project budget etc.
Conducting internal & external audit for evaluating the internal control systems with view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations.
Preparation of various MIS as required by higher management time to time
Finalisation of books of accounts to keep in mind the accounting standards and policy & procedure of company
