Job Role :
Manage sale on online portals independently like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
Responsible for updating product information on E-commerce website.
Coordination for any issue on product details, listing and uploading product data to e-commerce seller account.
Prepare the social media marketing strategy focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare etc.
Execution of all social media activities i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Maintenance of company website related to updating of pictures, banners & text etc
Provide analytics and performance reports to management, timely orders dispatch, replying to customer messages and support.
