KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Candidates with a strong inclination towards numbers, Excel spreadsheets & formulae.
Candidate should be well versed with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, and ADVANCE EXCEL.
Required to interact with multiple internal stakeholders on a daily /weekly / monthly basis.
Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various databases / reports.
Coordinating and managing all Database Responsibilities with Data Analysis.
Knowledge of Mail Merging, PPT, Farvision
Knowledge of Accounts, Taxes & Bank Reconciliation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Candidate should be a Graduate & should possess Good knowledge on Advanced Excel with minimum 1 year experience in the same.
Good analytical skills
Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail.
Work effectively in diverse group of people
Highly trainable, quick learner, adaptive to changes and pressure in the organization.
Should be from Real Estate Background
