Timely Submission of Operations Review
Manage attendance and attendance incentive for the team.
Attain SLA through effective management of the daily operations of the team.
Conduct audits & share feedback with team members
Desired Candidate Profile:
Prior Experience of managing a team of 10-15 FTEs (Preferable)
Good reasoning and risk identification skills
Leadership quality and organizational awareness
Sufficient computer knowledge (Office, basic database skills)
Should be open for any shift.
