Job Overview

1) Exp 5 to 6 years

2) Excellent communication and customer service skills

3) Flexible workstyle

4) Experience  insales (Voice) or Fresher with excellent communication skills would also work

5) Troubleshoot for technical issues related to computers

6) Providing technical assistance to international clients Should focus on selling of Annual/Per incident plan

7) Technical Sales process (Only voice based) receive the calls of the Customers,Solve their query, up-sell the product

8) Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets Interaction with customers located indifferent places over the phone

9) Performing callbacks as required

10) Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.

11) Reporting/MIS/Excel– Need to add sentence for this

12) Coordination with distributed teams

Delegation of work to team members on timely basis and collate the status and report on daily basis.
