Job Overview
  • Responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of cash business and ensure aggressive and successful growth of the same.
  • Will be functioning as a member of the senior management team, responsible for managing & improving systems that provide effective internal management.
  • Managing and providing strategic leadership and oversight to Operations & Customer Service and participates in the general management of the organization.
  • To drive customer satisfaction while maintaining a reasonable cost structure.
  • Ensuring compliance, assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control & internal auditing.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA + minimum of 17- 20 years of full-time experience leading operations in Banking, Logistics or Retail /Warehousing industry.
  • Must have strong business knowledge and experience with the ability to provide reports and analysis of financial position and forecasts, develop and implement strategic plans within context of the larger picture.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of modern management and administration; governmental policy, financial analysis; project management; and personnel management.
  • Must be able to develop business processes and management of projects and drive improvements in the current systems and practices
  • P.S Prefer only MBA + minimum17- 20 years of full-time experience leading operations in Banking, Logistics or Retail industry/Warehousing .. Will revert to profiles from relevant industries mentioned only
