Job Overview
- Excellent English Language Skill is mandatory.
- Handle Inbound Calls from customers
- Query Handling pertaining to their bank account and loans, etc.
- Cross Sell Banking Products based non Goal sheet.
- Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Banks Customers
- Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank.
- Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call
- Out calling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures
Desired skills and competencies:
- Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. (Night shifts in case of male employees)
- Open to work on Sundays and Bank holidays
- Ability and desire to sell
- Strong Communication
- confident and determined approach
- Experience in cross selling various banking products would be an added bonus
